Renewable energy plans to occupy EU ministers
European environment and energy ministers will debate substantial governmental concerns over a proposed system for EU renewable energy certificate trading next week. In public debates at council meetings in Luxembourg on Thursday and Friday ministers will also discuss other elements of the EU's climate and energy legislative package (EED 23/01/08).
