MEP to propose big changes to renewables plans
EU legislative proposals to increase the share of renewable energy in Europe must include stricter enforcement mechanisms, no biofuels target, and new renewables trading certificates, Green rapporteur MEP Claude Turmes will tell the European parliament's industry committee in the next few weeks.
