EU green biofuel criteria move a step closer
A special working group created by the EU's council of ministers to draw up sustainability criteria for biofuel production delivered final draft criteria on Wednesday. But key elements of the standards remain undecided and will be discussed by senior member state diplomats in the coming weeks.
